Mr. Berry is a Print Management and Promotional Marketing Industry veteran who has contributed to many industry publications, including appearing on the cover of Print Professional in November of 2008. He is currently the Senior Vice President of Direct Marketing Sales at Vertis Communications. Vertis’ Direct Marketing Group has revenues in excess of $300 million and leverages a national footprint of sales and operation locations to assist customers in their customer acquisition and loyalty programs.
As Chief Sales and Marketing Officer for WorkflowOne, Mr. Berry managed 1000 employees in over 70 facilities nationwide. Revenues exceeded $800 million. He was a critical leader in the company’s transformation efforts including it’s rebranding and the launch of the Helix Networks and the creation of the Dual Network Advantage (DNA).
For the 10 years prior to WorkflowOne, Mr. Berry was with several of the RR Donnelley companies in various roles including Business Development; Inside and Catalog Sales; Cross Selling; Corporate Accounts; Strategic Alliances and that of SVP for the Global Document Solutions group focusing of Document Based Business Process Outsourcing. During his career with Moore, an RRD company, he was recognized with the Global World Class Leader Award (given to only one leader per year).
From 1988 to 1998, Mr. Berry held roles of increasing responsibility at Clarke American, now Harland Clarke. Harland Clarke is a national provider of print and outsourcing related services to the financial industry. He began as an Account Executive and concluded as a Director of First In Service, the company’s Continuous Improvement initiative. In 1998, for his role in FIS, Scott was recognized with the President’s Quality Award which was given to 3 of 3000 employees.
